Erik has coached my daughter on multiple occasions, and what stands out most is the balance he brings to his approach. His focus is squarely on development and fun, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he's doing, even when a group of girls gets a little unruly or unfocused! He also puts real effort into organizing team events that help the girls bond, which feels special because that's really what youth sports should be about. It's clear he cares deeply about the kids and takes seriously his role as a positive influence in their lives.
I haven't had the chance to work with Erik for real estate yet, but I know how passionate and knowledgeable he is about the field, and I fully trust Team Schuler when the time comes. Highly recommend Erik as both a coach and a resource!

I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough! My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and were a bit overwhelmed by the process, but she was there for us every step of the way. It was a long process, but she was patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
She took the time to really get to know us and our preferences, and was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the local market and was able to guide us in making informed decisions, even as our preferred areas areas shifted.

As far as real estate agents go, the Schuler Team with Compass is the best. The team is led by Erik Schuler, one of the smartest and best negotiators I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They have decades of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers. They are my top pick. I could go on and on about how they understand how to get top dollar for your home or how they know what it costs to repair any items in the home you are selling or buying.
