I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough! My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and were a bit overwhelmed by the process, but she was there for us every step of the way. It was a long process, but she was patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to really get to know us and our preferences, and was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the local market and was able to guide us in making informed decisions, even as our preferred areas areas shifted.
